  1. Hi guys.. this is indeed a natural and simple way to keep yourself healthy.. This doesn't take a lot of time too.. Its just says all that you know, just with a closer look to it.. just suggests what is the right method.. Breathing is something we do all the time.. Still the right way of breathing makes all the difference.. I am sure you will appreciate the 10 minute breathing exercise.. as you would have rightly guessed, it just takes 10minutes and you will feel much better with that.. Walking alone in the morning and to feel oneness with nature is the next thing I loved in this!Do it once.. You too will enjoy it..
